Unit 4 projects

Plan: my Plan for my handles on a piece was to make a cup using the slab roller and connecting the sides then connecting a handle to it after.

This is my handle on a piece i think i did this really well because i think it is the most even project I have done and i think it just looks amazing. If i were to do it again i would maybe try to make the handle look more fitting to the cup. I dont know what happend to it because i never saw it come out of the kilm.

Plan: These are my series of four. My plan was to create four of the same cup because they are all Cylenders.

These cups don't look identical because i wasn't very careful making them exactly the same height and width but I do think each cup looks good in their own right. the two cylanders on the right were acidently destroyed before making it into the kilm. the top left one i think was completedd perfectly and the bottom left one disepaeared after i put it on the shelf.

Plan: This is my lidded box. my plan was the first day to create the base and the walls then create the lid and make sure it doesn't slip off.

I liked my box but it was never fired because you said it was too uneven and I would have collapsed so i was told to slop bucket it. If i were to do it again I would have take more time to smooth out the sides and i would have made more sturdy walls.

Plan: This is my monster. I wanted to follow the drawing the kid made but i decided to take it shape by shape making the body then the legs, then the eyes, then the tail and spikes. then i glazed it red because that's what the drawing said.

I think my monster is really well made because it looks almost identical to the photo Esra drew. If i were to make it again i would make the tail more detailed and spread the legs apart more.

Plan: my partner drew something for me to draw and my plan is to copy that exactly. this is the image

Im not finished with this piece but so far im doing well it is being fired.
