This is my representation of Paul Klee's The Scenario.

- Paul Klee was born on December 18 1879 in Switzerland. he was a Swiss/German painter. when he was young he would write poetry. He also did delicate landscape drawings which his parents thought to be a lead to a promising career. He graduated from Literarschule in 1898 and left for the city Munich, which was then the artistic capital of Germany. while their he enrolled in a private art school. He completed his artistic education with visit to Italy where he was inspired by the renisance. He later died in 1940.

INTEREST AND CONSTRUCTION

The image interested me because i thought the many colors made it stand out along with the basic shapes used to make the painting itself. So i decided to give it a try. Some art historians think its a self-portrait, while others have think it represents a universal human archetype

PLAN:

- Wedge

-First I made the head by rolling it into a ball

- then create the neck by flattening the clay then folding it together

- then score and slip them together

then create the desigs in the face

- Then underglaze it

- then fire it

- then present

REFLECTION:

I think my piece turned out really bad, I made a mistake which made it so i had to rush my project and it did not turn out how i thought it would at all. If i were to do this again i would start it way earlier so i could take my time and make the piece look one thousand times better
